First off, I called a month before to ask if they will charge me for looking into the check engine message. The lady who answered the phone at the service department said no there was no charge. I called charge me for looking into the check engine message. The lady who answered the phone at the service department said no there was no charge. I called again a few days before my appointment to book it and confirmed with them again to make sure I will not be charged for diagnosis. But when I got there, this man was not very understanding, friendly and insisted, I have to charge you unfortunately. He never apologized or say sorry for the wrong info I was provided when I called two times. Even after I told him that he doesn’t know how to say sorry, he still did not apologize. I have been coming to this location for so many years to have our car serviced, but this time I could see and feel the change, customer service has gone down. This “acting Managers was horrible, no people skills at all. His name was Rivera. I don’t remember his first name. He also didn’t understand what I explained for them to Check and had to wait much longer as they had to check again What I was really there for. The only good thing that happened when a young man (service assistant and too bad I didn’t get his name m) asked if I wanted him to wash my car, why I gave 1 star. Otherwise I would have not given any. I will never come back to this location again! More
