This dealership was great and the people we worked with were amazing. Ruben handled us with care the whole time we were there. We went in wanting a Nissan Rogue and left out with a wonderful Kia! Ruben took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and he took the care to make the experience a very positive one. Norma did a wonderful job as well with making us feel cared for. My husband and I went to alot of different dealerships looking for a vehicle and I can say this dealership by far was above the rest! They had my car for 4 months for an engine repair. I was told 2-3 weeks depending on when my parts were shipped. During this time, I heard from them about 3 times. Then, right before my car was about to be told 2-3 weeks depending on when my parts were shipped. During this time, I heard from them about 3 times. Then, right before my car was about to be done, they told me that I had to pay over $1000 in extra repairs for something covered under my warranty. At this point, I called corporate and had them resolve the issue. Once they got involved, the extra cost was bumped down to a few hundred dollars and I was told that the tech did not give me accurate information. They need to work on customer service, timeliness, and communication. More

Never been in a Kia showroom and first time, was very concerned based on some of the experiences of folks at other dealerships. However had a previous positive experience at another Bob Rorhman showroom concerned based on some of the experiences of folks at other dealerships. However had a previous positive experience at another Bob Rorhman showroom and took a chance. In past decade or so my experience was more on Audi, Cadillac, JLR, Volvo, BMW. The experience starting from Kamarie Jones, Tiffany, Roy and everyone was awesome. Purchased a Seltos fully loaded SX trim. Awesome dealership experience . More
