I walked into the Schaumburg Kia service department expecting the WORST news…And at check-in I kind of did😬 but a couple of hours later I got a call saying that my truck was fixed and the BEST part of expecting the WORST news…And at check-in I kind of did😬 but a couple of hours later I got a call saying that my truck was fixed and the BEST part of the call was when the very courteous and professional young man said the magic words: “Sir the work done on your 2016 Kia was covered by warranty.”…FADE TO BLACK….because I fainted!!!☺️ Eric & Isaac…. I was shocked to see NO service employee including the cashier wearing a mask! There's a sign that reads FACE COVERINGS ARE REGUIRED FOR EVERYONE so why don't they wear them?
