Brought my car in after it wouldn’t start. Was told nothing was wrong with it. Brought it home it died again x2. Brought it back in was told they were keeping it overnight. No problem. Next day never g nothing was wrong with it. Brought it home it died again x2. Brought it back in was told they were keeping it overnight. No problem. Next day never get a call from the dealership. I call asking about my car. Isaac my service tech is busy. Calls me back hours later talking to me about a completely different car. Then tells me they are still working on my car. No phone call that night. They never told me they were going to keep my car another night. Isaac seems to not really know what is going on and doesn’t have many answers in all the times I’ve interacted with him. Next day I’m told again that nothing is wrong. When I go pickup my car, I ask what the next step is when it dies again this week. Isaac responds with “we can’t just be throwing parts at it.” That doesn’t answer my question. Overall, bad experience the past two times I have been in. More

I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my car in to have the windshield replaced and when they were going to install the new windshield they cracked it so I needed to pick my car up and bring it back anothe the windshield replaced and when they were going to install the new windshield they cracked it so I needed to pick my car up and bring it back another time to have it replaced. They ordered a new windshield which of course took over two weeks to get in. We needed our car to travel out of state and they didn’t offer loaners and stated we could rent from enterprise and “ maybe” get reimbursed. The communication at this dealership is horrible. They either don’t communicate that they’ve scheduled and appointment or they call you countless times to schedule it with nobody ever knowing it’s been scheduled before. Isaac is hands down one of the worst advisors I’ve ever dealt with. He is rude and condescending and lacks communication skills to handle the job appropriately. More
