Brought my car in for service and they broke the heated seat On December 13, 2019 I brought in a 2009 Ford Focus to address multiple issues. The vehicle needed a routine oil change, the air bag light was on and On December 13, 2019 I brought in a 2009 Ford Focus to address multiple issues. The vehicle needed a routine oil change, the air bag light was on and the driver side rear back seat was taking on water when it rained. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and did not hear anything until late that day. Our service Rep Tom called me later that evening and said that the mechanic needed more time with the car to figure it out the problem. The next day he called and said that the clockspring needed to be replaced which they did not have in stock and it would take about a week. I picked the vehicle up on December 14, 2019. When I picked up the vehicle the interior had oil shoe prints on the tan carpet, the heated seats were now not working and the interior carpet trim was taken apart. I brought this to Schaumburg Fords attention and they detailed the inside of the vehicle and fixed their mistakes. The heated seats worked for about 3 hours and then stopped working again. I now brought the vehicle back on December 26, 2019 to have the clockspring repaired and the heated seats repaired. I picked up the vehicle and the clockspring was fixed but they said they needed to order another part for the heated seats. Several weeks later I got a call from Schaumburg Ford saying that they cannot get the part and there is nothing they can do. I called Denise the service manager and he said that he will look into it and call me back. I have not heard back from him and have left 4 messages. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. I brought the vehicle with working heated seats and the auto mechanic broke them while he was trouble shooting the airbag problem. I want my heated seats fixed. And through this whole mess the rear driver side leak has never been addressed. My experience with Schaumburg Ford has been horrible and time consuming. I know that the vehicle is a 2009 but this 2009 has only 38,000 miles on it. The vehicle has been well taken care of up until me taking it to Schaumburg Ford. I had a voicemail from Tom asking what they could do to fix that issue. I asked for a credit, to date still have not had a response. More

Good sales people. Unacceptable financial person. I chose your dealership because it had the car I was interested in. The salesman and the manager we very nice people to work with. I was paying cash for the vehicle, so we would not have to spend 3 hours with the sale. I had mentioned that to the salesman and the financial person. He insisted on a credit check. He dragged out the his long talk on selling me a warranty and that Ford and Lincoln dealers do not have to honor the warranties that are remaining on the vehicle. He kept looking for some book to show us that it was Ford and Lincoln’s policy. My wife and I sat there a long time to buy a car for cash. We both left saying we don’t believe we will be back. We enjoy the car, not the buying process. More
