I am always hesitant on going to car dealerships since I have dealt with people trying to upsell me. This time was different a sales rep named Pat made me feel welcome and confident in my decision. He was there every step of the way to answer all my questions and concerns and not for once did I feel pushed or pressured. I will return to buy cars going forward from Pat. Confused and unsafe Engine light on - made an appointment. Based on previous repair, I told them to check the second catalytic converter (still under warranty at that poi Engine light on - made an appointment. Service tech called me to say 2 sensor problems - one covered by warranty and one not ... $350.00. Called later to say neither covered by warranty ... $690.00. Pick up car and there is a Kirkland disposable water bottle in the driver's cup holder containing cold water and condensation on the bottle; obviously a tech left it there - very unsafe during COVID19. One day later the check engine light goes on again. Take it back and I am told they failed to bleed the line fully, but now it's fine. Go back again and this time there is a backpack in the passenger seat - again unsafe during COVID19 and a little unsettling. I brought it back into the shop and the tech verified it belonged to the person who serviced the car. Three bad service experiences in a row. As the car is no longer under warranty, I will not return. More

I am very disappointed . They can’t fix AC system in my 2018 f150 . In June my car was in the service for 9 days in July 19 . When I picked up my truck AC was warming . They stated that whole system was re 2018 f150 . In June my car was in the service for 9 days in July 19 . When I picked up my truck AC was warming . They stated that whole system was replaced . Guess what it’s beginning of August I’m on my way to Utah for family road trim and AC doesn’t work . I also have to mention that communication with service advisors is very poor. More
