I went to Schaumburg Ford on Friday (busy day before memorial day weekend) with a flat tire and no appointment. After a short wait the service rep. took care of me and I ended up getting an oil change memorial day weekend) with a flat tire and no appointment. After a short wait the service rep. took care of me and I ended up getting an oil change and 25,000 service maint. that was also due done while they repaired the flat tire. Everyone there that handled my work request were very professional and courteous. I recently moved to this area and will go back to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford for future needs. Thank you! More

Deceptive and misleading. Work described as needed to be done was optional and not necessary. Diagnostic for no a/c was that I had two bad hoses or lines."not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty due done was optional and not necessary. Diagnostic for no a/c was that I had two bad hoses or lines."not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty due to wear and tear" The wear and tear was attributed to refrigerant flowing thru the lines. They did not complete the repair/replacement and reprogramming of faulty camera claiming that they "replaced the camera" They kept telling me they could not obtain the appropriate a/c lines and after 4 days of promises and another promise they should have them in a couple more days, I pulled my car with the assurance that the camera was properly replaced and functioning properly. I took the car to an out of state ford dealer and they found no trace of faulty a/c lines and agreed to complete the re-installation of the camera programming. They had my car for four hours and now I have a working camera and working a/c. Stay away from this dealership. They are out to upsell you on services you don't need. Service tried to sell me nearly $1,000 over the $100 deductable on my in warranty bumper to bumper service. The out of state dealer charged me $0 for the follow up work to actually fix the problems. And made no attempt to upsell me on any "need to do" phony service claims. More
