Not a great dealership, very shady and not upfront pricing. 2 days after buying the truck, check engine light came on. As I know it’s technically “no longer their responsibility”, I seeked their help as to what our options were to have this fixed. played phone tag for 2 weeks, kept being told by Pat that they would help me and do something about it and would call me back but they never called back. When I finally got through to someone, their advice was to wait for the extended warranty which didn’t kick in for 30 days. So I asked what the return policy was and still waiting for the call back. I was very excited to buy the truck but they ruined the experience by not giving good customer service after the sale. More

Simple process to book a service appointment online/by phone and plenty of days/times to choose from, including Saturdays. Communication on status updates could have been a little more frequent during the phone and plenty of days/times to choose from, including Saturdays. Communication on status updates could have been a little more frequent during the 5 or 6 days my vehicle was in for maintenance, but in the end all of the repair/recall work was completed thoroughly and I felt like a valued Ford customer during the process. Offer of local shuttling to/from home while the vehicle was in the shop was a nice touch as well, in lieu of having loaners. More

I was able to get an appointment when it fit into my schedule. I was seen promptly when I arrived.
