I wanted to fix a rattle noise coming from rear of car. It was not fixed at all (i still hear it) but I was fooled with $1300. Good job on that! You became rich. If that was not enough, I was given a dirty car (I have pics). By the way, I have the technician’s protective glasses. How does one leave out the glasses? The adviser never picks up the call or provide any update. Too busy, huh? I am sure there are a lot of people to fool (just like me), all the best! Also, there is no wi fi while you wait, not a big deal - I guess. P.S. please dont waste your time with the standard PR approved message. Very nice experience and Evans was very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how much debris there was until he showed me everything they pulled out of there. All of our concerns were handled quickly and completely.
