This request for a rating of my service call came THREE HOURS before my service call "ended" with the only resolution that they needed to order parts which "may take some time to receive". Also I was left HOURS before my service call "ended" with the only resolution that they needed to order parts which "may take some time to receive". Also I was left hanging for four hours with NO update on the status of my car. And the text from my service advisor was sent to me TWO hours after the request for a rating. All in all I arrived at 10:20AM for a 10:30 appointment and didn't walk out until 3:45PM without the service call being complete. I'm just "waiting" for the text that tells me that my parts have arrived, but I'm not holding my breath. TERRIBLE! More
