This dealer used to be pretty good, if only a little slow to get your service done. This last time my car broke down a week after taking it in. Coincidence? The check engine light went on and the car literal to get your service done. This last time my car broke down a week after taking it in. Coincidence? The check engine light went on and the car literally would not move. I had to tow the car all the way back to the dealer. Not a single soul at the dealer would answer my calls. The service department agent was nowhere to be found. The service director didn't answer calls either. I left multiple voicemails and did not get a single call back until mid morning the next day. The response from dealer employees the next day was, "sorry we are understaffed". I see good reviews here and I wonder if they are old or if they are simply fake reviews. I can't believe how anyone would give this dealer five stars recently. More
