Overall I'm satisfied with the work performed. Due to supply chain issues, it took 4 months to obtain the parts needed for my car. Once these parts were received, Ford service needed to fit in my car with all the rest of the cars in the service dept. It took 5 months to complete this work. The Service tech timely followed up with me to keep me informed on the status throughout this 5 month period of time. One thing I was not able to consistently contact the service department to leave a message due to a full mailbox and rarely did anyone directly answer the phone. This could improve significantly and I would have been happy to receive a text or email update as well. I had to call in multiple times to try and reach someone which was difficult. Also since the car was there for so many months, I would have expected them to wash it before giving it back to me. More

Customer service was terrible— my contact was totally unreachable for the most part, no updates on when I could expect my car. I finally had to just show up and hope the car was ready. When I learned we’d be without a car overnight, I said I needed the kids’ car seats and my rep said they’d send a car service for pickup, which never happened. I was there to have a recalled part replaced in my Ford, it’s routine for all cars of this make and model, and though my appt was pre-scheduled, they waited til the end of the first day my car was there to even order the part. I was initially told the replacement would take a few hours—- it took til the end of the second day, which is no small issue when you’re stranded without a car or car seats for your kids. Repair service was questionable as the check engine light went on immediately after I pulled off the lot. I took it to a different mechanic I trust to fix it. We bought this car from Bob rohrman and had a truly awful experience then too. Would never go back! More
