From our initial phone contact with Mark ( Skummer ) our new vehicle purchase ( lease ) experience was very positive. As we had several unproductive experiences at other dealers, we were skeptical. But, Mark and other management staff at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Ford, made the deal happen to our pleasant surprise. The whole experience went very smoothly. And, in addition, Mark procured an item for us that was not part of our particular vehicle accessory package. So from start-to-finish we were and are very satisfied!!!! More
Within the last year I had the IDM replaced on my 2000 F-250. It went bad in under six months but was still under warranty so it should've been replaced free of charge. This dealership did not honor that F-250. It went bad in under six months but was still under warranty so it should've been replaced free of charge. This dealership did not honor that warranty so I ended up having to pay over $2000 for this repair to be done AGAIN. How can you offer warrantys and not honor them? I would never recommend someone to get there car serviced here with customer service like that. More

Upon walking in the dealership, I was kindly greeted by salesman Alberto Zambrano. He made me feel welcome and unpressured and was very knowledgable about all the models and answered all of my questions. I became very curious as I was thinking of making a transition from a car to suv. Since my original choice was the Ford Escape, I decided to inquire and see if they could work with me. After much consideration and follow ups Ive decided to look into their pre owned inventory and was able to find the perfect vehicle. Long story short, they were very accomodating and patient throughout the whole week process. The sales and finance manager were very humble and kind as ive made several trips to the dealership. They treated me with much respect from day one. THANK YOU BOB ROHRMAN FORD! More

I had several dealings with Brian Plyam in the process of getting my new Ford, and found him to be pleasant, efficient, and trustworthy. We started off with a pleasant new rep named Marco, but as we went into more "research" (which is what I was there for), a more experienced salesman, Mike Madison took over. I very clearly outlined what I could afford as far as monthly payments/down payment, and he ignored both. He became very pushy, aggressive, and insulted me by saying that my "ballpark" request of a monthly payment would not be taken seriously by the financial team. When he finally got the price close to the range I originally requested, he would not give me a definitive interest rate. When I asked, he ball-parked it to 4-6% (after my credit score came back as GREAT). I had already been approved through Capital One at 2.89%. He suggested they could possibly match it and slid the paper at me to sign. When I asked what I was signing and if that meant I was buying the car, he wouldn't answer me directly and said i was agreeing to the financing. And after he gave us the "numbers" he had calculated, we did our own math. The car he said would be $17,895 which was a steal, was turning out to be $27,000 by his calculations. Where did the extra $10,000 come from? He couldn't answer. I felt attacked, belittled, and angry by the end of my experience at this place. Don't waste your time. More

We went for test drive only a few minutes after I had arrived. Brian was personable without coming off as "pushy," as I imagined most car salesmen are. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership. After the test drive, we spoke casually about the price. The whole process was friendly and casual. After only thirty minutes, I decided that this was the car for me, not only because I liked the car, but because Brian made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I am definitely going to recommend Brian to anybody I know that is in the market for a new or used car. More
This is the worst staff I have ever seen in a Car Dealership. I requested a car availability online and got an email saying that the car was available for a test drive and also a very attractive Pri Dealership. I drove to their dealership twice to realize they did not have the car at any time. They said they would factory the order the car for me -- but the price would be way over the quote they gave me. The rep PAUL said the price was "CASH DOWN PRICE - IF I WAS TO PAY THE FULL AMOUN IN CASH RIGHT THEN" never heard of such a thing. They quoted my trade in at a price 1/3 the value another ford dealer gave me. Their final words were -- "this is what we give you" If you don't like it go elsewhere. I would strongly suggest ---- "KEEP AWAY" More

Al Zambrano was great as genuine ad possible with me, and he got me more money for my trade than I thought possible! He didn't try to pressure me like some of those sizzle chested, rubbernecks at other and he got me more money for my trade than I thought possible! It was a great car buying experience from start to fiinish and I couldn't be happier with the car. I'm fact I love the car so much, when I got home I put a "message in the lawn" about it! More
