I've been searching for a new truck to add to my business, I've previously been a Chevy guy I must admit. The salesman was great, but the General Sales Manager Olga was rude, condescending, and extr business, I've previously been a Chevy guy I must admit. I was searching for a used Ford Escape and was looking withing a specific dollar amount. I found one at Schaumburg Ford and contacted them regarding it. I was able to get a great deal which made the trip from my town of Chesterton Indiana to Shaumburg Il to take a look. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home that day. After getting it home, realized it was missing some items, i.e., back seat head rests and gas tank funnel and a back trunk area cover. However before contacting the dealership back on this, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. I was of course concerned and thinking.. did I make a good choice ! I contacted Schaumburg Ford and was immediated contacted back by Pete Panos, General Manager who assured me he would have everything taken care of. Not wanting to drive back to Schaumburg, he advised that they had a local Bob Rohrman dealership / Chesterton Nissan and I could get everything done there. Long story short, the check engine issue was resolved and wasn't a huge concern and Pete advised that the other items would be ordered and mailed to Chesterton Nissan as well. I was contacted regularly by Mario at Schaumburg Ford following up and Pete as well. Damien at Chesterton Nissan was quick to get my car in /and provided a rental. The customer service at both Schaumburg Ford and Chesterton Nissan was outstanding and I was truly impressed and felt like they were sincere in making my car right and my experience a good one. My experience with Bob Rohrman dealerships was so excellent that they have earned by business in the future. More

From our initial phone contact with Mark ( Skummer ) our new vehicle purchase ( lease ) experience was very positive. As we had several unproductive experiences at other dealers, we were skeptical. Within the last year I had the IDM replaced on my 2000 F-250. It went bad in under six months but was still under warranty so it should've been replaced free of charge. This dealership did not honor that warranty so I ended up having to pay over $2000 for this repair to be done AGAIN. How can you offer warrantys and not honor them? I would never recommend someone to get there car serviced here with customer service like that. More

He made me feel welcome and unpressured and was very knowledgable about all the models and answered all of my questions. I became very curious as I was thinking of making a transition from a car to suv. Since my original choice was the Ford Escape, I decided to inquire and see if they could work with me. After much consideration and follow ups Ive decided to look into their pre owned inventory and was able to find the perfect vehicle. Long story short, they were very accomodating and patient throughout the whole week process. The sales and finance manager were very humble and kind as ive made several trips to the dealership.
