The wiper blade arms needed adjustment since it wouldn't go across the entire windshield creati I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape from another dealer. The wiper blade arms needed adjustment since it wouldn't go across the entire windshield creating a visual hazard. I was told it would take about one half hour to 45 minutes. It took about 2 hours and the adjustment had to be done several times but at least it was fixed right and now I can see out of the windshield. Communication could have been a little better. More

Very professional, reliable, courteous I needed an oil change and an overall review of my car. My service rep took the tim to look up any outstanding recalls and gave me recommendations on I needed an oil change and an overall review of my car. Poor communications We purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from Bob Rohrman Ford. We got the run-around every time we were there. They sold us a car that had miles on it even though we are buying a new car. We got home and the car had damage so they said they would take the car back but not with a bunch of Hassle and wanted to charge us more for the other new car. You would call the dealership and your salesperson or general manager would not be available and funny thing is you would show up and they will happen to be there.They didn't return phone calls. I will never buy a Ford again. More
