Very good experience I brought my car in for a recall. When the recall work was done they went over the entire car and noticed recommended services that were not taken car I brought my car in for a recall. When the recall work was done they went over the entire car and noticed recommended services that were not taken care of. It was a little expensive but the car is back to what it should be. One of the items was a cabin filter. At my last oil change at Jiffy Lube I told them to check the cabin filter. Their response was that my car did not have a cabin filter. I can only imagine this was because of the labor involved. Again I spent more than I wanted but the service department was thorough. The recommendations were needed. More

The wiper blade arms needed adjustment since it wouldn't go across the entire windshield creati I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape from another dealer. The wiper blade arms needed adjustment since it wouldn't go across the entire windshield creating a visual hazard. I was told it would take about one half hour to 45 minutes. It took about 2 hours and the adjustment had to be done several times but at least it was fixed right and now I can see out of the windshield. Communication could have been a little better. More

Very professional, reliable, courteous I needed an oil change and an overall review of my car. My service rep took the tim to look up any outstanding recalls and gave me recommendations on I needed an oil change and an overall review of my car. The price that they advertise the car for was different than was advertised. Becauce you don't qualify for all the different rebates. They sold us a car that had miles on it even though we are buying a new car. We got home and the car had damage so they said they would take the car back but not with a bunch of Hassle and wanted to charge us more for the other new car. You would call the dealership and your salesperson or general manager would not be available and funny thing is you would show up and they will happen to be there.They didn't return phone calls. More
