I had a 10am appointment for Wednesday morning. I had a check engine light with air bag light . By Thursday morning I was notified That the diag was finished. After looking at paper work. May fix The problem. So did they hook up my truck to a computer to check the problem.? I feel had for $150 Not happy with results More

Invoice 375271 dated 7.14.20 details my service visit. My 2019 Edge with 7K miles was lurching in gear. The service rep advised no recalls. After his test drive and transmission tech review, I was informed a 2019 Edge with 7K miles was lurching in gear. The service rep advised no recalls. Tom the original service writer was on lung when I went pick up my car and he failed to tell or make note on my service request that I had a coupon, so needless to say the oil change would have cost me $28.00 more if I hadn't spoke up and the second service writer stated that just to go back and have the cashier adjust it and walked off, so much for the personal touch. More
