The service was fine in person. Once I left and was told I would be contacted when my part arrived, I never was. Trying to call was a nightmare, as I was bounced around to multie voice-mail and had the phon I would be contacted when my part arrived, I never was. Trying to call was a nightmare, as I was bounced around to multie voice-mail and had the phone not be answered other times. Finally after multiple attempts I was able to get the info I needed as far as my part was concerned and was able to make an appointment on the spot (almost like my part had been waiting there and no one told me) But like I said earlier, all of the in person interaction was wonderful.
