I always deal with Eugene - he always remembers my name and makes sure I am perfectly satisfied with the service experience. Denny always does the bi-annual service on my car - he greets me with a smile, asks how my car is running and asks if there is anything extra he should look at while the car is on the rack. A Family Atmosphere I went to Sawgrass Ford late on Friday evening where I met a cheerful and helpful Sales Consultant David Marsh who showed me the car; however, we coul I went to Sawgrass Ford late on Friday evening where I met a cheerful and helpful Sales Consultant David Marsh who showed me the car; however, we couldn't agree to a firm closure. I returned the next day, at approximately 6:30 pm, but he was not available. I approached Sales Consultant Andrew Everly who apparently was getting ready to leave for the day, but without hesitation he willingly agreed to assist with the negotiation. I brought him up to speed where I left off with David, and we chatted about Army life! I felt comfortable with Andrew because he was transparent and understood my purchase decision. I told him I wanted the car for my daughter and it would be her first car. Within 15 minutes he was able to meet my offer! Andrew demonstrated what every customer expects – being straightforward, honest and sincere. While reviewing documents, arranging for financing, etc. Andrew stayed back even though it was well past closing time. Also thanks to Abe Rojas who extended his courtesies and provided safety words of advice to my daughter. I usually don’t write reviews but David and Andrew’s teamwork really put meaning to Sawgrass Ford message, “We surpass customer expectation.” Thanks David and Andrew! More
