Don’t take your vehicles there for service So I have had 2 bad experiences with this place I took my van in for service got everything done I picked up my truck on Thursday in the evening real So I have had 2 bad experiences with this place I took my van in for service got everything done I picked up my truck on Thursday in the evening really didn’t get to inspect the truck took the van home didn’t think anything of it went to bed planned a trip to leave on Friday the very next day I went to work came back packed everything in the van and that’s when I realize they crashed the back of the van at that time we were packed up and ready to leave so we left we called and told them what happened they told us to bring it in when we got back so I said ok went on trip and on the way back home My check engine light came on in the van started overheating I had to pull over immediately I open the hood that’s when I realize the coolant cap wasn’t even put on the van had no coolant now because they didn’t put the cap on my van today I have to bring it back in the shop having more problems with all types of oil leaking from underneath and a loud knocking noise when I go to stop this is a brand new 2015 Ford 350 transit 60,000 miles with all type of problems now thanks to Sawgrass Ford also they didn’t want to help me with the dent on the back of the van that they did they told me the van is parked in an area where there’s no cameras so there is nothing they can do so if you bring your vehicle in for service at Sawgrass Ford just know your car is parked where there’s no cameras just so you know More

No dealership fees & no commission means you pay more money Visited dealership on Dec 1st, to purchase a 2018 Ford Escape and met with a salesman. First thing the salesman says is that they are family owned and Visited dealership on Dec 1st, to purchase a 2018 Ford Escape and met with a salesman. First thing the salesman says is that they are family owned and they don’t work off commission and that he was here to help me get the best price and purchase the vehicle. Sounds good,doesn’t it,until we sat down to talk about price. After 2 hours of looking at vehicles we went to his sales desk in the showroom to talk about price. The salesman gave us a price of $32,000, that included a Ford $2,000 rebate ?? I told him that several local dealers on Autotrader and Autolist are selling it for $27,000- $28,000 and showed him the listing of the exact model. Salesman left the desk for 5 minutes and came back with a price of $30,120, $3,000 more than the other local dealers. I asked, that’s your best price? And he said yes, other dealerships charge a dealer fee and we don’t. But dealer fees only range $799-$999, why would I still pay $2,000 more? The salesman only spent 15 minutes total in the showroom with us and let us walk out the door, not valuing our time, business or money. So when they say they don’t charge dealership fees, work off commission or they are working to get you the best price, they really aren’t,because there bottom line price is a couple thousand dollars more. Don’t waste your time and money at this dealership because they can care less about selling you a car. More

BUYER BEWARE - Certified Preowned means CRAP Bought a “certified” preowned Explorer and have had nothing but issues right from the beginning. I am not sure who is certifiying their vehicles, but Bought a “certified” preowned Explorer and have had nothing but issues right from the beginning. I am not sure who is certifiying their vehicles, but they need to be fired! My vehicle had bad tires, faulty brakes, leaky radiator, leaky sunroof. All of which took several trips to their repair shop wasting lots of time and creating nothing lots of aggravation and frustration. Fast forward just shy of a year and guess guess what? My sunroof is once again LEAKING. And because that is not bad enough, my front doors also leak! This vehicle has been nothing more than a nightmare. I get anxiety every time I drive it. Unfortunately I am stuck with this xxx. Sawgrass solution is to just bring it in to be repaired. More
