Well he made us an offer we couldn’t refuse and we left with a gorgeous new Challenger. No pressure at all. We took our time and talked about it for a couple of hours before we made our decision. Charlie was patient and respectful. Our finance officer, AJ, was also a very courteous and professional gentleman. Although we were heartbroken about the truck, that new Challenger makes us smile. Charlie is an asset to Sarasota Dodge. He even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. If you’re in the market for a new ride, give Charlie a visit. You won’t be disappointed. More

Our sales person was Ryan kuncio and he was amazing! I would give Ryan a 5 star easily. He took time to show us every detail of the vehicle we were looking to buy. He didn't try to waste our time. No one was rude, it was not bad or pressured, but there were alot of inflated fees that were redundant or unnecessary completely. Paperwork fees of 900$ and then a few of 250$ for the ladies in the back to file paper work.
