I previously left a negative review, since my last visit the same engine light came back on and I dropped off to the dealer. I worked directly with Kevin the Service manager, he was prompt and he addressed all of my concerns from my previous visit as well as my current visit. I recently bought a Subaru Forrester from this dealership. Had it for one day and had problems had to have it towed back to the dealership. Even though it wasn’t under warranty, the dealership offered to look at it and see if they could fix the problem. They were unable to fix the problem and offered me a full refund, even though they did not have to, this is a dealership that stands by their products. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. The general manager (Richard Young) was incredibly understanding. This dealership has integrity, and I would trust them wholeheartedly to buy a car from them.
