My experience with Sarasota Jeep has been extremely disappointing. After spending more than $60,000 with this dealership, I was sold a second vehicle with serious problems. The first defective vehicle disappointing. After spending more than $60,000 with this dealership, I was sold a second vehicle with serious problems. The first defective vehicle was eventually taken back, but the replacement vehicle has also experienced severe mechanical bucking and noticeable paint defects, including excessive orange peel. When I reported these issues, I was told the bucking was “normal” because the vehicle has a turbo engine. I was also told that the paint defects were normal and that Sarasota Jeep could not correct them, despite the vehicle being brand new. I was directed to take it to another dealership with a body shop and was advised to use premium fuel, which does not address the underlying mechanical concerns. Since this is the second defective vehicle I have received from this dealership, I expected management to take the situation seriously and provide a timely solution. Instead, I was given a service appointment weeks away, despite the severity of the mechanical issue. I purchased a new vehicle expecting quality, reliability, and proper support. Unfortunately, Sarasota Jeep has not delivered on any of those expectations. I hope management takes responsibility and provides a fair resolution. More
Purchased my jeep a year ago from Corbin. Have repeatedly texted, called, emailed and even stopped by about a small issue I had from before I even drove the car off the lot. I have it writing Have repeatedly texted, called, emailed and even stopped by about a small issue I had from before I even drove the car off the lot. I have it writing that they would fix it. I can’t get them to follow up and when I do go in person I get “oh he isn’t here today, the service manager is out, and I need to wait for them to call me back. One year??? Would you do business with them? More
I previously left a negative review, since my last visit the same engine light came back on and I dropped off to the dealer. I worked directly with Kevin the Service manager, he was prompt and he addressed the same engine light came back on and I dropped off to the dealer. I worked directly with Kevin the Service manager, he was prompt and he addressed all of my concerns from my previous visit as well as my current visit. He completed my vehicle in one day and I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. I gave them a chance to make it right and they absolutely came through. Thanks Kevin More
I took my diesel truck in for a check engine light on because the def filter was clogged, Justin told me it was because I used a air filter that was not factory. I called Ram corporate and they told me t because the def filter was clogged, Justin told me it was because I used a air filter that was not factory. I called Ram corporate and they told me that it didn't have to be factory. I ask to speak to Kevin the sales manager. After leaving him 3 messages to call me back, I went down there, just for him to tell me if I didn't like go somewhere else. I did pick my truck up and go somewhere else. My company has bought numerous vehicles from this dealership, but this is the third time the service department has treated us like this. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I purchased an extended warranty on a used vehicle I bought 8/2/25. I decided to cancel the warranty on 8/21/25 for a full refund. I was charged sales tax on the warranty but the warranty company state bought 8/2/25. I decided to cancel the warranty on 8/21/25 for a full refund. I was charged sales tax on the warranty but the warranty company states they didn't charge the dealership sales tax so I needed to get a refund for that from them. So numerous calls, messages, texting no one would return my call so I went there in person and was jerked around and lied to by a sales manager saying the warranty company owes me the tax refund. I have since notified the department of revenue of the dealerships practice and am proceeding with a complaint with them. They have no customer loyalty once you leave the dealership after a sale. Beware!!! More
Bought a truck in june24 from here while visiting from Indiana. I tried to do a bank transfer for payment but was told it would take too long. I was given a loan through 5/3 bank. I was told it wouldn't c Indiana. I tried to do a bank transfer for payment but was told it would take too long. I was given a loan through 5/3 bank. I was told it wouldn't cost any more money if I paid it off. Lies. Now it's August. I was charged 250$ through 5/3 bank for the loan. Here's the best part I STILL HAVE NO TITLE. I have called numerous times and even though the girl who answers is nice, nobody ever answers the phone. Nobody has called back. My paper plate is 20 days past expiration so now I have a 40k$ paperweight that I'm paying insurance on. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. More
I brought my Jeep to Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for a noise coming from the undercarriage that started before I recently drove through Anna Maria Island. Instead of a proper diagnosis, I was told by my a noise coming from the undercarriage that started before I recently drove through Anna Maria Island. Instead of a proper diagnosis, I was told by my service advisor, Mark, that mud “isn’t covered under warranty” and I would have to pay $300 for an undercarriage cleaning before they would look further. This felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services rather than address the actual issue under my factory warranty. On top of that, Mark was extremely rude and even vaped in the work area while speaking to me — despite me telling him I am a lung cancer survivor. This was not only unprofessional, it was outright disrespectful. I ended up picking up my Jeep without service and will take my business elsewhere. Customers deserve honest diagnostics, basic respect, and a safe, professional environment. Unfortunately, this dealership failed on all counts. More

Stopped by in person to resolve a fairly easy promise and it’s “oh that’s not me, that’s them. Oh, that’s not us, that’s so and so, but you have our word this will be resolved. We got you.” 6 weeks later, crickets. Can I give a less than 1 Star? More
There is a reason why this dealership has the reviews it does. BUYERS BEWARE: do not go to this dealership unless you want to be scammed. They depend on your ignorance to make money. Don't feed into it. The does. BUYERS BEWARE: do not go to this dealership unless you want to be scammed. They depend on your ignorance to make money. Don't feed into it. They had the nerve to add $3,000 in profit to my lease buyout thinking I wouldn't notice, on a quote for a car that neither I nor the salesman discussed, but felt the need to offer what they chose instead of what I wanted, and then failing to disclose that fact like I also wouldn't notice. Please save yourself thousands and go some place else, although I will say NO JEEP dealerships in Florida are worth your time, effort, or money. More
