Received an email from Destiny that they were offering $6000 over KBB to purchase used "qualifying vehicles". Made an appointment for next day (today), was told vehicle was in excellent condition, and they offered lower than an offer I received from carguru. The salesman, and manager told me that I was "misinformed", and that the $6000 above kbb only applied to trade in on vehicles, not to a cash buy out. Clearly, not what her email says. Typical bait and switch car dealer. Do not recommend doing business with this dealership or their unethical tactics. More

I called the dealership and they told me it was my problem. Go to the Ford dealership. Very poor customer service. I bought two new vehicles from them. Never again. They also tried to add $2279 refurbishing fee which they eventually took off after trying to offer $200. Sales Rep Ron Morice sold a vehicle out from under me while I was negotiating the contract. Management did not care. Be warned these are not good people to work with. Now, a year and a half later, I'm trying to cancel our extended wheel and tire warranty so I can trade it in (at a different dealer, I will never go back to this one, EVER.) and come to find out thru MOPAR, who I resorted to calling today after a month of the dealer blowing me off consistently and never emailing me the paperwork to cancel it, I DON'T HAVE THE WARRANTY I SIGNED AND PAID FOR. I purchased RAM 1500 as the trade in my car. I agreed all numbers with sales person and next asked for financing. The person from financial department, the scammer cheated and lied me about financing options, he checked my credit score everywhere he could without my permission, my credit score decreased 100 points first. Then he added some protections, insurances without my permission. At home I double checked the contract and he added option for more than $4k. When I came back to fix it they started to play the game with me. One of the worst of my experiences with car dealers. I highly do NOT recommend that dealer. More
