i was looking for a new car and i live near windsor nissan so i tried there, i went online and found the car i loved when i called the dealership i spoke with mike he was very friendly and lured me in nissan so i tried there, i went online and found the car i loved when i called the dealership i spoke with mike he was very friendly and lured me in with a very good price, he was very eager to help me find what i was looking for. when i arrived at the dealership i was assisted right away and showed the car that we spoke about over the phone. i didnt have great credit but they helped me out. the price was a little more than we had spoke about after all the taxes and extra costs were added on but i was still very happy with the price. since my visit ive reccomended 3 friends and theyve all been more than satisfied with their experience at windsor. I have purchased three used cars from this dealership in the past three years. I find them to be very honest and their prices extremely reasonable. I was referred to John Lowenthal at Windsor Nissan by my coworker who recently bought a car from John. I called, made a convenient appointment and everything went as smoothly as I have ever experienced in over 25 years of buying cars. I received a fair price, a good trade-in value and everything was fully explained to me. The finance office experience was upbeat and friendly (Bill Clarke was great) and the car was perfectly clean and ready to go quickly, The gas tank was full, every feature was explained to me; John even set up the bluetooth for my cell phone and my wife's phone too! He introduced me to the service department manager and scheduled my first oil change - and that was on the house!
