Ana, I reviewed your paperwork this evening and I see some discrepancies so I would like to speak with you on the phone when you have the time to discuss the matter. Your lease turn in disclosure statement that you signed states that Windsor Nissan was responsible for paying your 4 remaining payments on your lease, which we did. However, the statement also states that we were not responsible for your over mileage, which is between you and the leasing company NMAC. Aside from the lease turn in disclosure statement, I see on the we-owe statement that no other additional services or accessories were owed to you as part of your lease agreement on your new Sentra. Thus, I am trying to determine where the miscommunication occurred since I cannot figure it out amongst the signed documents. I apologize for the confusion so please call me at a time that is convenient for you. You can reach me at (609) 448-1411. Please ask for Michael Maguire when you speak to our receptionist. Furthermore, I reviewed our surveillance cameras and I would like to speak to you about your other statements. I intend to discipline the appropriate people accoridnly, but I need clarity on some the disconnects bettwen our footage and your comments.
