Peter approached my family and I outside the showroom. He listened to the type of car I was looking for. He found that there were none available for sale on the lot bc the few that were there were already bo listened to the type of car I was looking for. After being happy with the ride he went to the floor manager to find out when they would be getting more in. He found out 3 were coming in 2 weeks later straight from the manufacturing plant in Korea. There was one in the color I wanted as well as the package that I wanted. Doing this helped secure Peter a sale. I had gone to a different dealer after this and they were rude. They also had 1 car in stock but without the package I wanted and in a different color. Knowing that Sansone was getting the exact car I wanted in two weeks had us go back the next day with a down payment. Peter really listened and although sometimes his jokes or stories are a little crude and inappropriate I am very happy that I have the car I wanted. All because Peter did a little research for me! More
I had 2 experiences with this dealership, the 1st one they were super nice and friendly, i had an online quote from them and they said they will honor it with no problem, i was hesitant about the trim so they were super nice and friendly, i had an online quote from them and they said they will honor it with no problem, i was hesitant about the trim so I left to think about it, I then tried to reach them by phone to tell them my color preference and schedule an appointment to pay a deposit or finalize the sale if they have it in stock, i probably left more than 10 messages to the sales person and the manager and never got a call back from them. A week after unsuccessful attempts to reach the i had to drive all the way there since i couldn't reach anybody by phone, i went under impression everything is agreed on and i was ready to pay my deposit just to find that they raised the price on me by $3500, yes $3500 in an Elantra GLS that they quoted me $17990 for it a week earlier, now they want to sell the same car for $21500 because no one has the car in stock!! The weired thing is they were so rude about it and their justification was that they have to make more money since no one has the car, i explained the previous quote and that nothing had changed from the time they quoted me the price till today but they said that their commission will be much less if they sell the car for the quoted price!!! They also said that it's their business to change the price and it's my business to take it or leave it!! oh forgot to say that i this was my conversation with manager who is suppose to be the most professional person in the building, when i insisted to know why do i have to pay that much money after already sealing the deal they just ended the conversation, walked away from me and the manager waived to the sales person with his hand like he doesn't care and he should let me go. I already got the price matched from a different dealer and definatly not going back again. More

I told him the numbers and he and the Sales Manager worked with me. I had to come back for the Service Department to install door guards and check my Alarm system, and Don in Service was curtious. I went with my fiance to buy a certified pre owned car and the sales person Peter was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible but when it came to finance the whole thing went down in flames. and the sales person Peter was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible but when it came to finance the whole thing went down in flames. We were told we were approved and that we would be leaving with the vehicle the same day and we were given one monthly payment all the way until finance when the monthly payment miraculously went up an extra 30 dollars a month with no guarantee of being approved or guarantee that the monthly payment is staying that way.... The worst part of the entire experience was the general sales manager... He was rude and very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone who has a brain because these people are out to take everything you work hard for. Again, as far as the sales person he was very nice and shouldnt in any way be penalized but the general manager was terrible. More

Overall, I had a great experience. I would have loved to know more about the pricing options before signing papers.
