I live down at the Jersey shore (Barnegat) and was shopping around for better pricing than I could find locally (Manahawkin). I found a price GUARANTEE for Sansone at true car. I called to verify the price before going to my local dealer for comparison. I spoke to Anthony at Sansone, he said that they did in fact have one car at the price I had seen. He was pleasant enough, even told me the exterior and interior color of the car, etc. While sitting in my local dealers showroom the next day, I pulled out my True car certificate for Sansone and decided to call them again (I was considering throwing in the towel with my local dealership to make the long drive up to Sansone to purchase their Elantra) I called and spoke to Cheryl, she was snide and sarcastic, she told me there was no such car there, nor had there been the day before!! The lowest price she could quote me was almost $1200 over what I had confirmed with Anthony the day before! What a crummy experience with them, I don't recommend this dealership. More
I'm 63 yrs old this is not the first time I bought a car. But it was the best, Michael my sales rep made it feel like we knew each other for years. Ask me with I was looking for, told him what car. Took one out of the yard, explaned it first, then we went for a test drive. Answered all my questions and needs, then we sat down and within half an hour I bought the car. I am a first time leaser and searched high and low for a deal I could work with, as well as a dealer that made me feel comfortable in my search for a new car. At first pretty unsucessfully. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I pulled up to the location. They were mindful of how much I wantd to spend, and were thorough in answering all my questions and concerns from beginning to end. SO satisfied with my experience. I bought Sonata from Sansone. Overall the buying experience was really good. The sales person Marshal is very nice and he explained patiently about all the new features in the car. I been to few dealer to buy my another car but most of the places the sales guys didn’t tell much about the car and they always try to go into the negotiation table, but Marshal is a unique person. The manager Alex is very nice with the overall price negotiation and gave a good deal. Without Alex I wouldn’t have got the good deal. If anybody wants to buy Hyundai car I strongly recommend to go to Sansone and especially with Alex and Marshal. More
By far, Ben Hughett and his manager Alex provided the most comprehensive and positive purchasing experience. Prior to my visit, I met with 3 other dealers of 2 other brands. I was ready to purchase at all my visits but because of price "games" and pressure, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Beginning to think I wasn't going to be comfortable no matter where I purchase, my mother-in-law recommended I visit Sansone Hyundai, which was very convenient to my home in Staten Island, NY. When I arrived, I was greeted immidately and amicably. I explained my needs to Ben who recommended the Sonata. They took my Mercedes trade in without hassel and gave me the lowest price of any of the other dealerships, all without prompting! And, the car was in stock, in the color I wanted. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone in the market to visit Sansone prior to making a decision. More

I had an appointment to have my 2007 Sonata serviced at Sansone on 10/21/11. While waiting for my car, I walked over to the show room to look around and was greeted by Michael Odierno who introduced me to Sansone on 10/21/11. While waiting for my car, I walked over to the show room to look around and was greeted by Michael Odierno who introduced me to Alex. They were both friendly, helpful and professional. I loved my 2007 Sonata so I had been thinking about getting a new 2012 Sonata which I found that day thanks to Michael being so patient and helpful, he spent so much time with me! It took a while to get everything I wanted but Michael, Alex and Michael in finance worked with me until I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond to make me the very happy customer that I am and for that I highly recommend Sansone, in particular Michael O. and Alex! Debbie Palmucci More
We were looking for a new car 1 month ago, our 1st choice was an Elantra GLS. After reading the great reviews for Sansone Hyundai, we got a quote over the phone we liked, we were told our choice of color was was an Elantra GLS. So we made a SPECIAL TRIP after work through RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC from NYC (we live in Queens NY) thinking we were going to buy the car that evening. We entered the showroom & was greeted by the manager (Jim?). We mentioned the name of the person we dealt with over phone and detailed him on the quote we got. He told us the Elantra GLS was NOT IN STOCK, only the limited was available. He apologized (not sincere) & suggested we consider the limited. Then he asked his sales guy Mike to help us b/c he had another sale to close. Again, Mike tried to sell us the limited & when that didn't work, he said he would check when more stock would arrive. He returned to say our color choice was due to arrive in Sept. but the cost was higher b/c it came with certain options=add ons. How is this an option when I cannot refuse this OPTION??? It's like ordering a plain pizza but forced to take the meat lovers supreme b/c that's just part of the package!!! Why don't I just leave my purse WIDE OPEN & say please feel free to take as much money as you desire!!! Next we were told, "In order to secure the color you want, you will need to put a deposit." What so I can drive all the way back to NJ & pull teeth to get my deposit back. As we were leaving Jim sees us out & placates us once again & BOWS to us, xxx!! How does he know BOWING won't offend us! Realize that buyers have options too so we ended up getting a 2012 Altima 2 days later which we are ecstatic about!!!!! SEE YA More
THIS WAS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH SANSONE HYUNDAI. EVERYONE THERE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MY SALESPERSON WAS BEN HUGHETT BOTH TIMES. I HAD CALLED BEN IN MID AUGUST TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAD EVERYONE THERE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MY SALESPERSON WAS BEN HUGHETT BOTH TIMES. I HAD CALLED BEN IN MID AUGUST TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED 2011 SONATA AND IT WAS TOTALED. I NEEDED TO COME IN AND BUY ANOTHER SONATA OF WHICH I LOVED. I ASKED FOR A 2012. I TOLD HIM THE COLOR AND EVERYTHING I WANTED IN IT AND WHAT DAY I WOULD STOP BY. WHEN I GOT THERE WITH MY SON THERE WAS MY CAR CLEANED AND READY TO GO. BEN JUST MADE ME SO HAPPY BECAUSE I WAS STILL VERY UPSET AFTER THE ACCIDENT AND LOSING THE 2011 SONATO THAT I LOVED. ALL IN ALL MY 2012 IS PERFECT. I LOVE IT AS WELL. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WORK AT SANSONE FROM THE MANAGER TO FINANCIAL AND ESPECIALLY BEN. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!! I WILL RECCOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU AGAIN More
