FRIENDLY STAFF MY SALESMAN THOMAS PEOPLES WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. Very disappointed. Feeling ripped off. The purchase process was very simple because I came in with a Truecar price. I'm a seasoned car shopper and I explained that I wanted to make the pu The purchase process was very simple because I came in with a Truecar price. I'm a seasoned car shopper and I explained that I wanted to make the purchase quick and simple. Everyone was very nice during the purchase process. The problem started with the finance manager. I made it very clear that I did not want any items added to the contract. No window etching, etc. When I sat down in the business manager's office, he began to print the forms and to distract me while I was trying to read the details. I had purchased some extended warranties, but wasn't sure I wanted them. Then I noticed that $400 in window etching was added to the purchase order. I got very irritated and demanded that it be removed. At that point he started to sell me on the benefits of window etching. Having been irritated at the fact that extra fees were snuck into the purchase contract, I canceled the extended warranty the following day. I was assured that i would receive the refund within a couple of weeks. It is now three months later and I still do not have the $2,000 which is due me. My salesman has not responded, the finance manager has not responded, and the sales manager has not responded after I sent a registered letter. Telephone calls have gone to a full mailbox. There are many dealers who will honor a Truecar price. There is no need to go to this dealer and get aggravated. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are still working on it. I will have to take this case may have to go to the Attorney General's office and the local news if they don't make it right soon. I guess this is why some dealerships have a bad reputation. More

WOW just what I wanted WOW what a great place to buy a car. I have 7 drivers in my family and we all have cars and I buy cars all the time. It started with me making an int WOW what a great place to buy a car. I have 7 drivers in my family and we all have cars and I buy cars all the time. It started with me making an internet inquiry and Airanna got back to me right away she said that they had several of the Sonata Sport which I was interested in. I told her that I had prices from several dealers and she said that they would beat them. ( I have heard that many times before) I went to two dealers this week and left after a bait and switch at one and the other said I needed to pay $2500 for etch. So I made the trip to Sansone Hyundai I made an appointment and was told to see a Manager Ed Rubino. My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named Tom Peoples I told him I needed to see Ed and he brought me right to him, he knew I was coming and greeted us and said Tom would help us. I told Tom that I did not have much time and I wanted to buy a car and get out asap. The car was in stock they did not try to switch it and they honored the price that I received earlier in the day. Well are night got better and better and as time went buy, I asked Ed for a little better price and he saved us another $300 so we shook hands and Tom started the paper work and I did not have to tell him again that I wanted to leave asap so another salesman named Ryan Fox took the car to get cleaned, when Ryan came back he took my wife over to the computer to set up the blue link while I was on the phone with the insurance company and gave Tom everything he needed to get the deal done. He gave all the paperwork to Al Florence in the F&I dept came back right away and took out all the books and went over all of them. Both my wife and I then went in to F&I and Al was so nice and he did our paperwork as fast as he could and explaining everything. I gave him a check signed the contracts and we were done WOW just what we wanted! Next Tom took us to the nice cleaned Sonata and went over the whole car. We were out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours I think a record for us. My hats go off to Sansone Hyundai and Mr Sansone should be very proud of his employees from the General manager Ed Rubino, F&I Manager Al Florence, the Salesman Tom Peoples and to salesman Ryan Fox who did not need to help but he did and last to Airanna for all her help, What a great team effort. It just shows TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK Thanks to everyone for your help and I would buy another car from you anytime More
