Three days after receiving a routine oil change I began to smell oil. There were no warning lights on but it turned out oil was spewing from an improperly placed oil filter. They didn’t even bother to reattach the engine cover. Who knows where that is. My 2022 Bronco with not even 20000 miles on it is still stranded with oil splatter everywhere and no oil left because it is a weekend and there is no manager on site. On top of that they make it almost impossible to get roadside service or a rental car without overcharging even though the services are included in the extended warranty. Why would I want to pay up front and be reimbursed for these services when the service department screwed up so badly? More
They sell you on the fact there are many dealerships and you are part of the family. However after I spent 70k on a car the dealership provides no loaners to use for warranty work. I put off warranty work for this reason as its an hour from my home. Now I have to rent a car and spent 100s of dollars to rent a car on my own. You would think that with over 13 dealerships they would have loaners. More
The service at EVERY Ford dealership is atrocious so I came to this place with that knowledge and must say, I was blown away at their incompetence, lack of concern for the customer, and overall demeanor t came to this place with that knowledge and must say, I was blown away at their incompetence, lack of concern for the customer, and overall demeanor throughout every interaction at this place. Don't bother making an appointment as I did 3 weeks in advance because they'll just keep your car and never followup even if you explain you have to have it back by a certain time. If they can't do it during that time window, I will reschedule. Ive now wasted a ridiculous amount of time just to be told to basically go f myself. I love Ford vehicles but I'll never own another because of this dealership and this service dept. Been driving 30 yrs, all Fords. Never again. This place is a joke and youre better of yeeting your car into the bay. More

Horrible service department. Do not take your car there. My speedometer stopped working and said I needed to replace both speed indictors at a cost of $600. When I questioned the service person he told me I was being confrontational. Told him to verify with the technician that both were out or just one. Only one was out so cost would be $400. They did fix it. They obviously have a sales quota and will try and do work you don’t need to make more money. In my book that’s stealing. I can’t prove this but that’s my point once they have your car you must trust they will be truthful. Also had 8am appointment on a Wednesday got car back on Friday? More
Called a month ago about my 2018 F 150 recall on floor mat shield and the fact that my 10 speed transmission was jerking around, was told to bring in on Sept. 13, which I did, they called the next day and mat shield and the fact that my 10 speed transmission was jerking around, was told to bring in on Sept. 13, which I did, they called the next day and said it was ready, when I tried to leave the transmission would not engage for over 5 seconds so I turned around and took it back.. I was then told they would have to break down the transmission, 10 days latter I called to see if it was ready and was told they had not even started on it because other people were ahead of me and it could be another 3 to 4 weeks on a transmission that only has about 30,000 miles on it.. How is that possible when I had an appointment to fix the 10 speed transmission on 9-13-22, I have been loyal to Ford for 30 years but now I am very very disappointed. More
