Appointment times with the service department are not honored, you will spend at least three - four hours on something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation. Rather than limiting the number of weekend appointments, they try to stack as many as possible to make as much money as possible, prioritizing profits over customer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, the refuse to expedite getting parts in to fix a BRAND NEW car. My breaks screech because of some issue with hardware. Are they in a hurry to rectify this?
