Extremely Happy!! My wife thought she wanted a different make and model vehicle, even though she has been driving a Ford Sports Trac..and loves it. I was not expecting to be in the market for a new vehic I purchased a new Ford Explorer from Mark Rychlak at Sands, and it was a terrific experience. I was not expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle, but when I ran into issues with an older Ford it was time to explore the option of trading in the vehicle for a new vehicle. Mark was very easy to deal with in the process, and made the entire process very easy. I was impressed with how transparent and open he and the Manager were through the entire process, and it went smoothly and quickly and I received a very fair deal.
