Ian Laxton Sales Consultant educated me on every make and model vehicle available to me in my price range. Ian laxton assessed my automobile needs and found a used Ford Escape for me. My Ford Looks like new and runs great. Perfect for all my travels. Sands Ford financial team worked with my budget and I was able to purchase my new used Ford Escape. Went in to lease 1 car and they worked out a great deal enabling us to lease two Focus's.They worked hard to keep the numbers inline with what would work and made the delivery in a day. This was our 6th and 7th vehicles purchased or leased from Sands Ford. Bob went over the vehicles in detail on delivery including syncing our phones. We really appreciated their great service. More
Great Car Buying Eperience After months of internet research and visiting local dealerships for reliable and clean used vehicles, I decided to visit Sands Ford. It was my first After months of internet research and visiting local dealerships for reliable and clean used vehicles, I decided to visit Sands Ford. It was my first visit to the dealership, which is regrettable because the customer service was outstanding. When I was looking around at the vehicles in the lot, Tom Burrell introduced himself and was exceedingly helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for; he answered my questions with courtesy and knowledge and not with tactical shady salesmanship as so many other dealerships do. After doing more research about the dealership and seeing other vehicles in their inventory, I leaned more towards a 2014 Focus. I returned later that afternoon to the dealership, and was assisted by Ian for a few moments while Tom was briefly out of the office. Ian gave me a test drive of the 2014 Ford Focus, and further assisted until Tom returned. Both of these guys were exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable, and at this point decided on the Focus. I already had financing and insurance worked out with my own bank, which took the stress out of the numbers aspect of the deal. Tom still wanted to see if they could get me a better deal than what I had worked out with my own bank (as I have USAA, they came close but it's very hard to beat USAA's financing and coverage plans). All in all, this was my fourth Ford vehicle purchase and sixth vehicle purchase. I can say that this was, by far, the least stressful and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced. More

Their service department has always been quick to schedule my car appointments and they offer reward points for discounts that THEY keep track of, so I don't have to. The Sales Department was expedient in helping me find a vehicle that was suited to my taste and needs. Special thanks to Perry Sweatt for his flexibility and to Ian Laxton for his patience while teaching me how to use the technology in my vehicle.
