Beware of the shady deceitful tactics ..to sell a car Upon arriving at the dealership i thought I had all the numbers figures out. They then tell me that the price on the internet isn't the actual price. Upon arriving at the dealership i thought I had all the numbers figures out. They then tell me that the price on the internet isn't the actual price. And That they only do that to get the customer in the sales office . (I'd say that's a bit Shady). They then show me, in what I call fine print, that it only applies to a small percentage of people. So after I drove 40 miles for what I thought was a good deal . I then had to drive home in disappointment because the dealer likes to play games. Also on cars .com they said the vehicle I was going to purchase has a Special Deal ..$2000 off the purchase price or 0 Apr for 60 months.. Needless to say that was not true as well, and they had the nerve to say "well that's cars.coms fault".. Definitely do not recommend this dealer to anyone.. Still not sure how they stayed in business doing shenanigans like this ... Matthew coyle More

The car is awesome. Of course, we must add this is our second purchase. The service department at all levels is exceptional. They make you feel like your family when you bring the car in for service. Always make the necessary upgrade and let us know if anything is serious. Of course, Nothing has been. We are very pleased with our Ford purchases. Pickup bed damage under bed liner Purchased a used 2013 F150 and a month later found under the bed liner major damage to the front of the bed and tailgate. It apparently happened from an accident when something heavy was dropped on the tail gate and load in bed slid forward and hit the front of bed. It will make it difficult to mount a cap on the truck, and keep water out of the inside of the tailgate. Not covered under the manufacturer. Mechanical / drive train works well. More

Before we arrived I ran a car fax and knew that even though the car was a 2015 and a dodge at a ford dealer. it was a used car that had been purchase at auction. I also knew the trade value of my vehicle. The first thing I notice the car was not detailed it had salt on it from the winter we went to see the car in may, also there were a few road chips in the paint, the interior was clean. It road tested good. So we decided to negotiate, my car low book was 18000, high was 24000. The sales manager offered us 15500. I said no, he would not even negotiate. .I am glad he would not.. He did us a favor. We brought the fact that the car we were looking to buy was also used, and a auction car. his response was but its a 2015. we were willing to pay asking price of car being sold, again I say he did us a favor. . Once a car is sold its no longer new, and especially a auction car. We were also taking a risk that the car had not been properly cared for, and appearance alone made me wonder. The Gentleman though nice was firm he would not negotiate. so we left disappointed. I could not take that kind of loss on my car, On the way home we stopped at Shively motors, they gave me very close to high book on my car and put us in a brand new 2015, Exactly like the one we looked at Sands, This salesman jay was so efficient, he went on his computer found our car, even helped us build a backup one just in case the one we wanted was not available. Within in the week we were in our car, they even complemented our trade and had our trade resold within the week. Sands got a three from me because they were nice but very non negotiable. if you want a dealer willing to work with you this may not be the place to go But not everyone may have the same experience. More

Excellent Car Dealer and Sales Rep We were searching for a car for our daughter. We knew exactly what she wanted. We only found 2 which were out of state and in PA. We are from NJ so th We were searching for a car for our daughter. We knew exactly what she wanted. We only found 2 which were out of state and in PA. We are from NJ so this was a little hike to get there. We first went to another dealer prior to going to Sands Ford of Red Hill. Both of the cars were identical. Needless to say the first car dealer we went to played games the normal xx negotiating and not being straight up from the go! My dad worked at Ford and retired from ford and we had the plan for retired employees. We told them right up front and they continued to play games so we left. Of course they called us to try to get us to come back. Well that didn't happen we left and went to Sands. Well what a different feel just walking into the door at this dealer. We were greeted by the salesman Mark Rychlak who was honest and sincere from the start. We did purchase the car through Mark! Thank you Mark for going above and beyond to help us get this car for our daughter and making the process a simple process as it should be!
