Buying a certified used Ford Focus Sands was the only dealership I physically visited. The other dealerships were visited by their websites to see their inventory. I see no use visitin Sands was the only dealership I physically visited. The other dealerships were visited by their websites to see their inventory. I see no use visiting dealerships that do not have what I want in their inventory. Sands website listed two cars of my liking at the best price ($2,000) under any other dealers. More

Bought a $9,000 lemon from Sands Ford Pottsville PA I bought a vehicle from Sands Ford Pottsville for $9,000 and 3 weeks later it stops on the highway. Dealer will not cover the problem. This could have I bought a vehicle from Sands Ford Pottsville for $9,000 and 3 weeks later it stops on the highway. Dealer will not cover the problem. This could have been a very dangerous situation for us. It shut off while we were driving it on a highway. That is very disturbing. This is very upsetting that they will not cover at least the repair. More

Checking off one big item on my bucket list ! Every winter lately i have been bitten by the car bug. My computer popped up with a 2002 Blue /Green T-Bird at a great price some one hundred miles away. Eagerly I called to check on availability then went to see the car. Having auto repair in my background I looked over the car quite thoroughly, beyond normal that is, up in the air to look underneath etc. Sands Ford was completely compliant with all of my requirements including a reasonable price adjustment . I picked up the car one week after my first encounter and it was immaculately detailed as i had hoped for, Great overall experience, I love the car and would recommend Sands Ford to others ! Excellent experience I had been directed to Sands Ford by a relative who spotted a hard to find pre-owned vehicle in their lot while passing by. After researching Sands website, I easily found the vehicle and all the info I needed to determine it was worth the 50+ miles trip to see it. Paul Boyer was very helpful, professional, and took all the time necessary to show, test ride, and discuss options for price, financing, trade-in, and delivery.
