The experience I had shopping for a new vehicle was just horrendous! Nobody made me feel like a 'customer'. Until I went to visit Ken & everybody at Sands Ford! There they made me feel comfortable, important to the decision process, like a Real Person and Not Just a DOLLAR SIGN wanting to give me what they didn't want just to make a profit! I Have Never Had such a Pleasureable Experience while making such an important decision! Ken was just Terrific while being So Patient with me,(which isn't easy)and he was Informative and not one to 'double talk' a sale. The Whole Experience I had with the whole Sands Ford Dealership was UNBELIEVEABLE! I was looking for a different vehicle for about a month, and dealt with ALL KINDS of 'sales people', but the only salesperson I Needed was Ken. I Absolutely Know For Sure that when I need another vehicle, I Have NO Doubts where my FIRST & ONLY Place to go! I Would Recommend Sands Ford in Pottsville to ANYONE & EVERYONE! The people are the Best, and the prices are Much Better than Anyone Else Out There! (Believe me, I've Been to Too Many Others & Have the Experience of dealing with the other guys.) Ken was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, where he was able to answer every I asked. The way I was treated by the salesmen made a huge difference in whether or not we bought the car through this dealership.
