Not happy! I took my car in for an oil change, was told only a few people were certified to work on this model and so it took quite a while which I was fine with. Fast forward, as I’m driving home to Taos I am nearly in the canyon, a large bug hits my windshield, I am excited to have new windshield fluid, I spray it only to discover it is not windshield fluid, it is antifreeze... My windshield goes completely white and blurry, I cannot see a thing through it, I slow down, put my hazards on, pull over hoping not to run into anything. It was a truly horrifying experience. I cannot get a call back, or a response to emails. I will never take my vehicle back to Sandia BMW. More

This is our first BMW and we cannot believe we almost bought a Lexus! From the moment Tony Harris greeted us in the parking lot I knew we were in good hands. The ease he made to transition us to Josh in finance was so simple and quick. And then Kevin cleaned the car AGAIN and went over all the highlights of our new car. Everyone is so respectful of our time and appreciative of our business. We are from Detroit but are now hooked on Sandia BMW.. More
Oil change I took my 335i in for an oil change and got it back with oil leaking everywhere. It appears that the tech was not properly trained how to drain oil and drained most of it in the splash pan. This is something you would expect from jiffy lube not bmw..they even got grease on my seats. They cleaned it up but it looks like a 3 year old did it. I hear that they are very unhappy with the new owners and now it looks like they are talking it out on our high dollar vehicles to prove a point. How sad. ..They won't ever work on my car again More
Sandia BMW takes care of their customers I purchased a used 335d from Sandia BMW and the very next day driving up to Colorado, the service engine soon light came on. I called Sandia BMW and b I purchased a used 335d from Sandia BMW and the very next day driving up to Colorado, the service engine soon light came on. I called Sandia BMW and both the salesman I worked with (Rick Herman) and the used sales manager (Fred Badgett) were extremely helpful and promised to cover the cost of any repairs regarding the engine light. I brought the car to Gebhardt BMW in Boulder and Sandia took care of the cost of fixing my newly purchased car. I would highly recommend Sandia because they genuinely care about their customers and if something goes wrong, they will make it right. Extremely satisfied with my experience and I will be returning for more cars in the future. Also, Joseph in the service department is very helpful and enthusiastic about BMWs, and he is great with making sure that your service is performed quickly and correctly. This dealership should be a model for others. More
Service department is declining. We’ve been coming for over 20 years, bought 9 BMWs all maintained, we really like out BMWs, but the service department quality of work is slipping. Issues I’ve had is having to bring in the car a second time to have fixed again, or no parts available or they were unable to work on it. My 5 cars vary from 5 to 20 years old. I’m looking else we’re for service quality. More

I am enjoying my BMW'S I own a 325CI BMW for 16 years. I never had any mayor problem with it, just regular maintenance,and wear. I recently bought an other BMW X3 at Sandia in Santa Fe. They always make me feel so welcoming and they are always so helpful. I am a woman. I don't know much about cars. I only know that I have to put gas. I know I can count on Sandia BMW staff for any simple or mayor problem. I am so greaful of them. I'm so happy with my decision of buying BMW'S.
