Visited Sandia BMW to look at the BMW X5 and test drive it. Met with Client Advisor Kurt Johnson. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in providing all the information we needed to know to understand the vehicle, and all the services associated with the Purchasing and service needs, and background of the vehicle. He made the buying experience pleasant and genuinely cared about our time spent at the dealership. He introduced us to the Service Advisor, and set us up with the BMW Genius Tatyana Mooney who went over the vehicles options, technology, and bells and whistles. She was extremely knowledgeable, expert, and a great teacher in how to use and navigate the many technological options. She made us feel comfortable and available to assist us at any time if we had questions about how to use all the vehicles technical capabilities. In closing, Kurt & Tatyana provided effective and efficient customer service and professionalism that enhanced our buying experience. They didn’t know how to take the EML code off the car, and had said it was a complimentary scan to see what was wrong with the car, thought they were going to be a lot more helpful honestly and restore th and had said it was a complimentary scan to see what was wrong with the car, thought they were going to be a lot more helpful honestly and restore the BMW Codes to reset the sensors. Instead they had went there own route and repeated everything I had already knew and told them I knew about. They ended up charging me over $100 to read there scanner codes and had told me they were working under the hood when I know for a fact he didn’t touch anything.... So there good at scamming people out of there money instead of trying to help out with the light. And that is y I rather fix things myself. So thanks for nothing BMW I was really looking forward to great service. More

If it’s not the the best BMW service department in the USA, it’s close. Serving in the military, I have my BMWs serviced in many locations nationwide.
