I started looking at BMW when it was time for us to get a new lease. We are very thorough shoppers and Josh was patient and eager to show us different models and take drives in them to ensure we had all of t new lease. We are very thorough shoppers and Josh was patient and eager to show us different models and take drives in them to ensure we had all of the information we needed to choose the right car for us. Once I make a decision on a vehicle I am also well educated on the whole process, Roxy and Josh were perfect liaisons, able to answer my inquires and emails quickly and without playing games. Once a deal was reached there was absolutely zero differences in the deal we agreed to on paper and the numbers we signed with the finance manager. We came in to do the paperwork for the car and the whole experience was one of the easiest car buying processes i’ve ever had. Tiarre went over all of the features of the new car with us and gave us all of the tools we would need to understand all of the features (there are a ton) of our new X3. They call them geniuses, and they really are to understand all of the features of these vehicles! If you’re shopping for a new car you can’t ask for more than what you’re going to get from Sandia. He has sold me several vehicles and knows exactly what I like, even tho he has soooo many other customers. He has been on several test drives with me and has the patience to go ride different cars with you until you find YOURS! Tony really loves being there, and he will make you feel welcome every day you come in. I also really liked Trish, and Tiarre, helping me with some of the details, like making sure I understand the cool new features of my new BMW. Couple all this with the super fun personality of David Orso, and you feel like you have your own team. David has answered numerous questions, over and over, helped me through my very stressful time after my accident, and was always there to adjust and compliment what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and excited about helping you find what you are looking for. He also made this a really fun experience and never made me feel a bother. I have nothing but praise for Sandia BMW. This is the first time I considered a more luxurious car in the 60+ years I have been driving. From the time I walked into the dealership which was sparkling clean, Covid safe and met Tony Harris, the salesperson, I knew I was in good hands. There was no sales pressure; nothing but how can we best meet your needs and insure you get exactly what you want. Tony was friendly, forthright, and provided every opportunity for me to get the best deal possible. I won't bore you with the details of all that was done on my behalf, except to say I now enjoy a 2021, 430i Convertible with all the updated safety devices a mature driver requires. There were others at the dealership who made me feel welcome and ensured all was as we agreed. Certainly Joseph, the Service manager told me to call him directly for service; Cameron, the BMW technical expert walked me through the essentials of the car and even came to my home to pair the garage door opener with my unit; and the finance person who insured all the contracts were legally executed and in good order. Finally, BMW provides its customers with online access to their account, vehicle specs, maintenance records, financial record is an easy format. I will be driving BMW vehicles and hopefully have the services of these fine people and excellent dealership until I am unable to push the start button on the car. More
