Sandia Service (& Sales) provide upmost professionalism in satisfying its customers. Service has been timely, and vehicle care is high on my list when I think Sandia BMW! in satisfying its customers. Service has been timely, and vehicle care is high on my list when I think Sandia BMW! More
No complaints about repair work or dealing with parts department. My rating is low because of the impersonal nature of the relationship between Sandia BMW and it's customers. For example, the person assi department. My rating is low because of the impersonal nature of the relationship between Sandia BMW and it's customers. For example, the person assigned to my vehicle NEVER answers the phone even though his text/email messages say contact me if you have any questions and provides a phone number. Also I would say the Uber part of the BMW roadside assistance is a very poor reflection of how Sandia BMW treats its customers because that is a horrendous process that is inefficient and frustrating. I have BMW roadside assistance tow my car to Sandia BMW and that was fine no problem there. But when they were supposed to provide me with an Uber ride to Sandia BMW the long and multiple phone transfer process with texts that come back and return to give me a link so that I can request the Uber took so much time and when I finally got to that point and the ride was supposedly set up I got a notification a few minutes later that "sorry there's no drivers available at this time". Then about 20 minutes later I got a text asking if I still needed a ride (duhhh). I replied yes and never heard anything back. I figured it because I live out of town in Cedar Crest only about 25 miles from Sandia BMW. Finally I got a ride to the East end of town and I tried to go through the tortuous "Urgently" (bulls**t) system of getting an Uber ride which I have essentially paid for as part of my BMW Roadside Assistance Plan. It was taking so long and it was afraid I wouldn't be able to pick my car up before Sandia BMW closes so I ordered my own Uber ride which came fairly quickly and was painless using the app. And Sandia BMW could easily make it painless by answering the phone when the customer calls and then calling for an Uber ride for that customer to bring that customer to Sandia BMW. All it does is leave a foul taste in the customer's mouth. Impersonal customer relations - that's a perfect way to drive your customers to some other dealership. I know my wife went to Lexus for a car and their customer relations were outstanding; they treated her so well. What a difference. Your business model needs a revamping. More
