We had them install a new roof cargo box and rails on our 2023 Mini Countryman JCW. The rack came out centered and matched very well. Our car came in slightly dirty from winter roads and when the car was was 2023 Mini Countryman JCW. The rack came out centered and matched very well. Our car came in slightly dirty from winter roads and when the car was washed at the dealer, minor scuffs showed up on the right side doors. When pointed out to the service manager, David, he happily took the vehicle back to have it buffed and cleaned up. It came back looking brand new. Things happen to anyone and the team and Sandia Mini BMW were most prompt and helpful addressing the issue. Will definitely return in the future for all of our Mini needs! More
