I had the most positive experience at San Leandro CDJR. Weng was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very patient with my questions and did everything he could to Weng was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very patient with my questions and did everything he could to help me out. He kept things on a professional level while also being very relatable and easy to talk to. Val went above and beyond with his service and did everything in his power to make sure I left happy and with what I wanted. It was a long process and we hit a few bumps along the way but Val made sure to find a solution we both could be happy with. At no point did I feel pressured into anything and both Weng and Val made me feel like I was in control of the final decision without any added pressure or convincing. I will highly recommend San Leandro CDJR to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and specifically Weng as their go to salesman. I took my car on Monday for an oil change and to check out a noise. The noise was not checked out until essentially the end of the day on Wednesday.
