Had a recall on my truck for 2 years and each time I come in for my last 10,000 mile oil change and service, they say they 'don't have the parts ' Not sure what I have to do to get 'the parts ' to get it don in for my last 10,000 mile oil change and service, they say they 'don't have the parts ' Not sure what I have to do to get 'the parts ' to get it done- 2 years seems kind of ridiculous. That is the major issue-one minor annoyance-when I come to get the 10,000 mike service, the last 2 times have to turn around to get the DEF filled up which is supposed to be part of the service- More
