They gave me plenty of options, worked super quick, and helped me understand a lot of terms I didn't know and explained the process to me so I didn't feel like such a lost sheep and at the end of it all I walked away with a 2013 Dodge Dart which is exactly what I wanted. Their professionalism is of the highest caliber and I really wish I would've been treated like this at other dealerships in the past. If you're looking for a car I would definitely recommend these guys. They really know what they're doing and they're not just out to make a buck, they really seek to help you out and get you a good car and that's all I could ask for. More

I was in the market for a new car, and I started looking online, one of the first dealerships to contact me was San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Anthony Morales called and emailed me. When we spoke on the phone he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I went to the dealership last Friday evening. While there Anthony showed me the 3 cars I was interested in. All of them being a Jeep Patriot. After the test drives in 2 out of the 3 ( the 3rd choice wasn't a contender after I realized it had manual windows ) I was ready to buy. Not one time did I feel pressured to buy from them. Due to the entire staffs friendliness, I knew this was the dealership for me. They were very kind to myself, my husband and our 3 year old son. The dealership stayed open for over an hour and a half after closing to finish my new car purchase. This place is AMAZING !!!!!!!!!! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot. The Gm Sam was so helpful with everything sales wise along with Rory, the finance guy Michael was so helpful with explaining everything about my loan, gap coverage warranty and much more. Anthony the exceptional sales guy was wonderful through this entire experience. He has even emailed and called me since the purchase to congratulate me and my Husband on our brand new car. The entire team at San Leandro Chrysler, Dodge Jeep, is exceptional and amazing. I will never purchase a new or used car any where else. This dealership has customers for life. I recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger from San Leandro Dodge and had a positive experience working with their staff on the transaction. About two weeks before I purchased the vehicle, I came i Leandro Dodge and had a positive experience working with their staff on the transaction. About two weeks before I purchased the vehicle, I came into San Leandro Dodge for a test drive. Kiefer Kristiansen was the salesperson who accompanied me on the test drive. It is my understanding that Kiefer is new to the sales team, but he was very helpful throughout the process. I had no intention of purchasing a car on that date, but Gene Cassimere, the Floor Manager, convinced me to come in to the dealership following the test drive to see if we could make a deal. I explained to Kiefer and Gene that I was only looking, but was willing to hear their sales pitch. Although we couldn't make a deal that night, Kiefer and Gene were very friendly and respectful of my position. Once I decided to make the purchase, I obtained competitive quotes from a few Dodge dealerships. However, since I had such a positive experience working with Kiefer and Gene, I contacted Kiefer over the phone to see if San Leandro Dodge was willing to match the best quote. Kiefer worked hard to get the price matched and assured me there would be no funny business at the dealership. True to his word, Kiefer (and Gene) helped me close the deal at the agreed upon price. I probably would not have thought to go back to San Leandro Dodge to check if they would price match if I hadn't had such a positive experience working with Kiefer and Gene during and after the test drive. Ask for Anthony Morales!! Buying a new vehicle can be intimidating, but it should be a rewarding experience. I think we have all stereotyped ‘the car salesman’ and dread meeting that person to purchase intimidating, but it should be a rewarding experience. Anthony is nothing of the sort, he listened to what I was looking for as far as features and competitive pricing. I felt that his guidance and negotiations were extremely fair. I just bought a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee and it wouldnt have been possible without the help from San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Ram, espcially the help from Anthony Morales. I normally try to shy away from car salesmen as most of the pressure you into buying someting you do not want or making you feel obligated to buy from them. Anthony was the complete opposite, he was actally looking out for me and what was doing what was in my best interest. I called and got Anthony probably 3 weeks prior to today and explained to him my situation and how upside down I am in my car and told him there probably isnt a chance he could do anything to help me but I am calling for advice. Anthony spent the next 20-30 min talking to me explaining things i should do etc. I ended up getting some financial help from my parents and Anthony was the first one i called. He left such a good impression from our first conversation that I called an left him a message and told him i wanted to come get a car. Anthony then called me back on his day off at home with his kids and spent an hour or so crunching numbers etc putting a deal together that made this all possible. I just want to say thank you to Anthony, the GM and San Leandro Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Couldnt be in this new car without you guys. More
I spent all day Saturday out and about car shopping. I had been turned down at a couple different places in the area. I knew that it would be a long day anyway car shopping it always is. I was out and about with the family and had visited 3 dealerships prior to walking into Chysler/Dodge. At first I thought I was gonna get the same song and dance I had gotten all day. By this time it was I believe 830 or so and the dealership was closing in a half hour. I noticed that there was no salesmen on the lot and my family and I were just walking around freely. After about 5-10 minutes or so Anthony came out I guess he had saw us peeking into cars and he was real cool and not pushy at all. I told him about my experience so far during the day and that it was my cousin's choice to come over and check out the lot not mine. Anthony showed me a couple of Jeep Patriots that I wasn't really feeling so we went inside and Anthony showed me the used cars that were available and I decided upon test driving a Dodge charger 2010. We test drove the Charger I was glad that he didn't mind that the family tagged along because I value their opinions. After the test drive Anthony brought me into discuss numbers and I told him what I had to work with and what my credit score was and that it was close to Christmas and what I payment amount I could afford. Anthony showed me a couple offers he discussed with the finance manager Phil Anima and we were able to come to an agreement. I met with Phil and he was real easy going and explained clearly what my payments would be based on my down payment. Both Anthony and Phil made me feel welcomed and stayed a hour pass closing time to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. Anthony also gave my cousin and I some great advice advice on our improving our credit for future purchases. I would recommend any one who is shopping for a vehicle to check out San Leandro Dodge and ask for Anthony. More
