I hate writing negative reviews, but something needs to be done about the lack of response. I dropped my car off on a Monday, tried calling for two days (with absolutely no answer), before I drove over to be done about the lack of response. I dropped my car off on a Monday, tried calling for two days (with absolutely no answer), before I drove over to find out about my car. Only to be told "Oh it's done, nobody called you?" Then I came back to pick up my car and had to wait 45 minutes for it. Poor customer service. Not enough people to handle the crowd. More

The people are all really nice, but the service is absolutely atrocious. There’s no other way to say it. I’ve been taking my cars there for years only because it’s the closest dealership. This last time they had my car for 2 months, for something that should have only taken a couple of weeks. They make promises and don’t keep them. They offer to “make it up to you” and will wash and detail your car, but when you go pick it up, it’s “I would have washed it if I knew you were coming.” They have an extremely high turnover rate with employees, so when you’re always talking to someone new and having to re-explain the issues with your car when you call in for an update. It’s been that way for years. If you live in the East Bay I would avoid buying a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler, just because of the extra headaches involved with getting anything serviced at this dealership. It’s absolutely horrendous. I hate to say it, but they really need to fire everyone and start over. More
