Came to drop off my truck first thing in the morning (7:30am) for a check engine light. Didn’t hear anything all day till I decided to follow up. They said more than likely won’t be able to get diagnose (7:30am) for a check engine light. Didn’t hear anything all day till I decided to follow up. They said more than likely won’t be able to get diagnose the truck till possibly Friday (this was a Wednesday). Spoke with the service manager, he said sorry, if I didn’t like it, come pick up the truck. Went to go pick up my truck and not going back. This dealership is maybe 15 mins away from my house and was my primary service dealership for my truck. More

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle here, we received only one Key FOB, and if we want a spare, we have to pay out of pocket to get one done. The vehicle didn’t come with a spare tire nor did it came with a c one Key FOB, and if we want a spare, we have to pay out of pocket to get one done. The vehicle didn’t come with a spare tire nor did it came with a cargo cover. A couple of days later in the week, I went to the dealership and asked Michael, the salesperson and he stated that on pre-owned vehicle only 1 key and the extra missing accessories I would have to pay extra for that! If you stop at this place, and want to buy a pre owned vehicle, please check it thoroughly! They’re very courteous while they’re helping you find a vehicle, but after you have purchase it, they are rude! They won’t help you anymore. More
