Kale is an excellent car dealer. He is very intelligent and has exceptional people skills that I would one day like to attain. I bought the Dodge journey last week and I ask the salesmen to look the color and the VIN number but is not in the lot. Vincent never try to help me to look around , after few days the color I want a salesmen to look the color and the VIN number but is not in the lot. Vincent Cruz did not take out my request that I don't want the stargard. I spoke the finance manager I told him to decline he don't want to remove it.. this Dealership was set for con from Andrea website to salesman to finance manager... I Will not recommend this Dodge dealership they not HONEST . More
