Excellent Selection and Great Customer Service I had a great buying experience at San Leandro Dodge. Alfredo was great to work with and he took the time to understand what I was looking for to help I had a great buying experience at San Leandro Dodge. The only negative (if it can be considered one) is that parking was tight because of the large inventory of vehicles. You shouldn't have any issues finding what you're looking for given they have a huge lot as well as two remote locations with more cars. More

Overall experience was good. However I was given one key and when I called to see about getting a spare key I was told it would cost 400 dollars. To me that's ridiculous. The service was great considering I only had a wheelcap replaced. My disapointment in service is I was told when I purchased the cap it woild be in the store in two days and I would receive a call which ne replaced. I called a week and a half later to find out it had arrrived. Secondly I was told the shop would put it on. I was asked to come back early the next day because I didn't have an appointment which I did at atoynd 0730 am I had to wait 3 hrs to get thid done. Totally disappointed about that. I have always received great service byt I think tjis particular situation could have been handled better. More
