Continued disappointment I thought I was going to have a good experience this time however I ended with the same result. I specifically told the service advisor that I had don I thought I was going to have a good experience this time however I ended with the same result. I specifically told the service advisor that I had done specific measures and items before I am arrive to the dealership however D service advisor in foreign meat they did the same measures and charged me for it. I have the same problem that had When I went in and it has not been resolved. This is a constant issue with this dealership of not listening to the customer and taking the easy way out instead of accurately diagnosing the problem and correcting it. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to the area. I wish there were better options for better repair and maintenance. Waste of time and money for in adequacy and a consistent basis More

Overal experience was good, except few things I wasn't happy I came with my daughter to show her what I picked for her; I didn't appreciate when Val Salgado tried to increase finance payment using my daughter b I came with my daughter to show her what I picked for her; I didn't appreciate when Val Salgado tried to increase finance payment using my daughter by saying "don't you want to make her happy" just by paying extra $20-$25 more. Both of us left the dealer, but since I had a pleasant welcoming with Eddy Awad, I called Raul Paz and said I wished I had Eddy Awad helping me rather than Val. He called me later and decided to go back and finally I bought the car. The other things I wasn't happy which I found out later after signing the contract and when I brought the car home. 1- They only gave me 1 key (no one mentioned before the 2nd key was missing). I had to order another one and have it programmed. 2- The engine's under cover is missing (also had to order from local dealer). 3- The passenger handle bar cover is missing (need to order from local dealer). Looking for a new Service dealer We bought our family car here and paid for the service plan. I have had my car serviced here since we bought it. However the last few times the servic We bought our family car here and paid for the service plan. I have had my car serviced here since we bought it. However the last few times the service has been pretty bad. The people are friendly but it's every thing that goes along with it. I brought my car in for an oil change. I had someone pick me up and bring me home so I could work. I received a call that my car was ready for pick up at 11:49 am I requested that the free shuttle pick me up gave my information etc. I usually have to wait at least an hour for pick up that is no problem for me. But at 2:15 pm still no one showed up I ended up calling there location and I had to call 5 times before I got a live person at that time it seemed that they never scheduled anyone to get me. By 2:50 still no call back or pick up. I called back and told them to cancel the pick up. I finally get a ride and when I get there I find out they didn't do the tire rotation that is part of the service they told me they could find the lock. That is a whole different story! I finally get to the car and my check engine light and oil lights come on didn't even get out of the parking lot at this point mind you I only came for an oil change. Long story short the mechanic FORGOT to close/lock something. With that said I will be looking for a different location that takes this service plan that I bought. More

Horrible Service Took my car in for a recall the replaced my fuel pump. Then a week later my check engine light went on and they said it was my Evap pump now. Service department got into an accident in my car and did not tell me until the next day when i was calling them again to check on my vechicle. I will never take my car back there for service.
