Four trips to dealer to find there was no problem. I took my car for an oil change. The tech who did the oil change discoverers oil on the transmission housing suggesting some type of leak. I was told to bring the car back by 8am the following tuesday. I brought the car back on Tuesday and since I heard nothinh, I called back at five when I was finally able to reach the service adviser. I was told they wanted to put some dye in to help find the leak and they would have the car ready between 9 and 10. The service adviser was not in on Wednesday so a different adviser helped me. He said the car was not ready that they had to wash the bottom of the engine and put in the dye. Finally the car was ready to drive 100 miles and bring it back. On Thursday at 11am I brought the car back and was told they were too busy to look at it, being it back first thing on friday. I got there at 7am and fortunate for me I got the service manager Jose to help me. I explained my situation with this now being my fourth day back. He immediately had the car put up on the rack and inspected it himself. Since I had been very patient up to this point he immediately apologized for the situation, since I purchased the maintenance agreement that I did, I know as any one who is customer focused that he was more than likely embarrased. I hope that in the future I will be lucky enough to get Jose, he was able to inspect the car and have me on my way in an hour. I understand there is a lot of work happening in your shop, but I can't believe after doing what I was told to do that they were too busy to look at the vehicle. Four days of my time and inconvenience of not having a car is extremely frustrating. More

When I checked in my vehicle, that alone took 45 minutes and I was only the 4th person in line. I told the service writer I wanted my wheel rotated and that the wheel lock was in the Glove compartment. I waited at the dealer for my vehicle. When i got my vehicle back,after 2 hours and 45 minutes, The tires were not rotated and in the comments area, It said that the lock key was not available. After I got home, I checked all the fluids that all had been topped off per the service notes, yet my washer fluid took another 1/2 gallon and the power stearing fluid lid had dust on it and it was easy to see that it was not touched. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Also the reminder sticker was never replaced as the service document clearly said several times. More

Sales good, service communication is below acceptable Buying the vehicle: I bought my truck last Tuesday night. I was the last one on the lot so they were not able to clean and detail, I was not able to Buying the vehicle: I bought my truck last Tuesday night. This meant I need to bring it back which honestly is not a problem as I understand while cars that are on lots can and need some TLC before they are deliverable to the customer. Sales group was excellent and I felt important regardless of negotiation of final pricing. Service: I returned Monday (8/26/19) this week to return my truck for the various items that need to be fixed. Since that day KNOW-ONE has called me or reached out. I have called the service department multiple times and left my contact information with the girl answering phones. Nothing, no return call. I stopped by the store Wednesday this week to get an update and waited for 35min just for someone to tell me it wont be done until Thu or Fri. Its Friday 345p and nobody has updated me. I have left my contact information again today but still nothing, crickets. My complaint is not with any individual but with lack of communication it causes dissatisfaction beyond words can describe. Poor customer service Took my car in for a 10:00 Monday morning appointment. Was given an estimated 2-4 hour window of when the car would be ready or I would be contacted w Took my car in for a 10:00 Monday morning appointment. Was given an estimated 2-4 hour window of when the car would be ready or I would be contacted with the repair estimate. I called and left a voice message. No return call came on Monday. Tuesday morning, I called again and was told the rep would call me back. After a couple of hours of no call, I took Uber to the service center. The Rep stated they were having problems getting a part to test and promised the car would be ready by Wednesday morning by 10. I Arrived Wednesday to find the car still not ready or an estimate of the repairs. I had to reschedule a dental appointment schedule for Wed afternoon, and move the appointment to Thursday. It took 4 days to NOT fix my car or provide an estimate of the problem and repair costs. I was charged for the 2 hour original estimate. Having worked in customer service, how a customer is treated reflects on the quality of service. So, after 4 days and over $200 in costs, I left with the my car in the same condition and no more knowledge on solving the problem. More
