Awful Awful Awful They held my car for over 2 weeks, rarely picking up phone or initiating contact for a repair that should have been a day at most. They did cite they were realy short staffed, but there was no active reach-out on their part and they left us in the dark. Finally got the car out of this miserable place and had to go to Walnut Creek dealership and they took care of us in a day or two. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with them, I'm afraid of ever going back, because even if I want my car back, I don't know how to get in touch with them to do so. More

I came in because nobody returned my call or texts earlier in the week about having my new key fobs (bought online from Amazon) reprogrammed, since I I came in because nobody returned my call or texts earlier in the week about having my new key fobs (bought online from Amazon) reprogrammed, since I couldn't do it because the chip inside the key fob was damaged and broken as well as my spare key fob. I had to wait for two hours, after being told many times "sorry sir it will be just a few more minutes".... then I was told that the key fobs wouldn't work so I asked if San Leandro Dodge dealer (you guys) could provide me with two new key fobs, and I asked how much $ would they cost, and he said some outrageous price, so I said okay, then he says "we are all out", I couldn't believe the dealer ran out of key fobs! Such an inexpensive item! But charging me my life's savings! Making me wait in the hot summer sun for two hours! Inexcusable! More
