Needs major improvements This really a horrible experience. Not only did it cost me more money on my new car to get a second oil change, but I had to wait 5 hours in the expre This really a horrible experience. Not only did it cost me more money on my new car to get a second oil change, but I had to wait 5 hours in the express line, no new car sticker for my window. They were short one mechanic, and didn’t offer any compensation to me for the delay and poor service. Also once you buy a new car there, they don’t treat you with respect afterwards. It’s like they sold the car to add to their monthly quota. I would like a refund for my oil change. More
